Here records the past of mine, of whom I once was, and what I am now, every influence and inspiration helped me to understand myself better, and also the world.
It certainly feels like some autopsy, but then life for me has not come to an end yet, so it would be very helpful. However in writing such it feels as if you are holding the knife and cutting away the cancer yourself, definitely helpful but not quite pleasant.
The major principle of such is not to be judgmental, but to analyse the reasons and effects of having such emotions. Being judgmental is often the greatest mistake one can make, because emotion reflects need and feeds us information, which by nature neither good nor bad.
